I’ve worked to help a lot of people, from sportsmen and women to event organisers and sponsors. I put all my patients first any they’re often kind enough to provide me with some feedback.

“I met Sarah at the 2017 Tour de France challenge and I was instantly impressed with the speed of her analysis, her ability to work in difficult conditions, especially after some long hours on the road, and her infectious smile and enthusiasm.

She is clearly passionate about her work, and she has a unique ability to make a large group of people feel like they are getting an individual, bespoke service in a very short time frame.”

Neil Ashton, Sky Sports presenter and reporter/journalist for the Sun newspaper

“I would like to thank Sarah for the support and treatment she provided me during my grueling London to Paris bike ride. Sarah massaged and manipulated my neck and back which enabled me to complete the ride pain free. She was caring and sympathetic to my needs and I would not hesitate in recommending her to other athletes.”

Mitchell Thomas, former professional footballer

“I recently supported and rode with two guys who were taking on a huge challenge of riding over 450 miles from Glasgow Celtic to Villa Park, home of Aston Villa FC, for ‘Pedal for Petrov’ averaging around 80 miles a day.
Both guys worked with Stiliyan Petrov, captain of Aston Villa, who had recently been diagnosed with a life threatening illness. The challenge was to show their support and raise awareness and funds in Stiliyan’s name.

Sarah played a huge role in keeping us fit and and motivated with her skills in sports therapy/massage. Tired legs were re-energised; aching tightening bodies were relaxed and made ready for the next day. Sarah was also there with quick witted banter but also there to comfort when things became tough, making her an ideal member of any team, taking on any challenge.

For years now I’ve benefited from the skills of Sarah. My latest challenge was to attempt to ride everyday of the 3 Grand Tours just one day ahead of the professionals. Starting in Italy and finishing in Spain with the small challenge of the TDF in between.. Many days I finished with knees feeling that they couldn’t turn another revolution but after 30 mins with Sarah I felt ready to go again. Couldn’t have done it without her.”

Geoff Thomas, former professional footballer

“I knew of Sarah’s skills and abilities and so asked if she was interested in being part of The Ocean Floor Race team. I’m so glad I did as she worked around the clock looking after tired, injured runners. Using her skills and knowledge, she really made the runners feel they were in professional, safe hands.

She was a pleasure to have as part of the race team, and with her beaming smile she always made everyone feel like it was their birthday! I’ve had countless entrants praise Sarah’s professionalism and fantastic attitude. I would love to have her back next time.”

Keith Gray, Race director of The Ocean Floor Race, Egypt

“Sarah was an excellent addition to our team and a pleasure to work with. Always friendly, happy and professional – flexible to any last minute changes which inevitably occur. She is an excellent therapist, and without her efforts we would never have got the guys through the grueling challenges they faced on a daily basis. I look forward to working with her again.”

Matt Short, Sports Events Manager

“Sarah has worked on our bike rides for a number of years and, quite frankly, we can’t imagine how we would work without her. Our cyclists positively worship the ground her team walk on, and many an exhausted husk in Lycra have been returned to something like spritely health again, by just a brief 5 minutes under their hands. Sarah’s skill, expertise and utterly unremitting good humour is invaluable to every occasion.”

Teresa Greener, Head of events, The RBL

“I have known Sarah for over 10 years now and worked with her on many events. Her knowledge of the body and how it works is second to none. I moved to work in cycling and whenever I need help on an event or with professional riders Sarah will always be the first person I call to secure her services.

The in-depth knowledge and years of experience Sarah has working with bodies, has proven to be an asset to any event I have been involved in. She has managed to keep people going when under normal circumstances they would have had to quit. The level of care and professional manner that she works to, keeps those around her knowing they are going to receive the best treatment they could possibly ask for.”
